Our Commitment

The Real Santa Experience is committed to creating a magical and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of age, background, or ability. We warmly welcome all members of the community, including individuals with disabilities, and strive to include everyone in our event to the greatest extent possible.

We aim to make our event as accessible and inclusive as we can, considering individual needs, the nature of our activities, and our capacity to provide safe and appropriate modifications—always prioritizing the safety and comfort of our guests.

What We Will Do

Design for inclusion: Where possible, we adapt our event space and activities to support safe and accessible participation for people with disabilities.
Be transparent: We’ll be honest if certain modifications or adjustments are not currently available, and will explain why while seeking future improvements.
Support Companion Cards: We gladly accept Companion Cards. Cardholders who present a valid Companion Card will receive complimentary admission for their companion. For more information about Companion Cards, please refer to your local government’s Companion Card program.
Provide a Quiet Zone: We offer a dedicated Quiet Zone for guests who may benefit from a calming space to relax or take a break from sensory stimulation.
Communicate clearly: We will provide information about our activities and facilities in the clearest and most inclusive ways possible.
Promote respect: All event staff and attendees are expected to welcome and support individuals of all abilities.
Review regularly: We are committed to regularly reviewing and improving our policies to ensure an inclusive, discrimination-free experience for all guests.
