The Real Santa Experience is a festive, immersive holiday photo session where families can meet Santa Claus (and sometimes his elves!) in a beautifully decorated grotto setting. It’s designed to capture magical Christmas moments in a relaxed, joyful environment with professional photography.
The event runs from 1st to 24th December 2025, with sessions available daily from morning through evening across multiple locations worldwide.
The Real Santa Experience will be hosted in various cities, including major hubs such as New York City, Los Angeles, Vancouver, London, Melbourne, and many more. Please refer to the Locations page for the full list and to find a venue near you.
Sessions are designed to provide a calm, engaging atmosphere — while the full experience operates across 8 hours each day, your individual session time will be confirmed during the booking process.
Yes. We highly recommend booking your session in advance online to secure your preferred time slot, as many sessions sell out quickly, especially closer to Christmas.
Absolutely! The Real Santa Experience is designed to be child-friendly, safe, and magical. Our team and Santa himself are experienced in working with children of all ages, including babies and toddlers.
Yes! Families are encouraged to participate together. You can choose from individual, duo, or full family portraits during your session.
Each session includes a professional photo opportunity with Santa. Optional photo packages are available for purchase and include digital and/or printed images. Pricing details will be provided at checkout or onsite.
Yes! Children are welcome to bring their Christmas wish list and drop it in Santa’s official North Pole mailbox during their visit.
We comply with all local government health regulations and safety protocols in each city. Sanitizing, distancing (where required), and contactless options are available to ensure a safe and comfortable visit for all.
Refunds are only provided in line with our cancellation policy, which can be found here. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or inquire about your options.
Only certified assistance animals are permitted at the venue. Please check with your local venue in case special pet-friendly sessions are offered.
There’s no official dress code, but we recommend festive attire — cozy jumpers, holiday dresses, or even matching family outfits make for extra magical photos!
